*Possible delays due to external factors, holidays or sale periods can lead to a longer delivery time for your
package. This is beyond our control.
*Free shipping over €50.- (only NL).


Track & Trace

As soon as your package has arrived at PostNL, you will automatically receive a track & trace code to follow
your package.

If you have not received a track and trace code, it may be due to an error in the system or a delay at PostNL.

Shipping within the Netherlands & Belgium

Orders placed on Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM are delivered within 2 to 3 working days (Netherlands).
Ordered on weekends, after 4:00 pm or on public holidays? We use a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 working
days. All packages shipped within NL & BE are shipped with PostNL.

International shipping

Delivery abroad is possible. Within Europe we use a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. For countries outside
Europe, the delivery time is at least one week.

Import duties & taxes

You will be responsible for payment of any import duties or taxes. In most cases, any customs or import duties
are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Stubborn amsterdam has no control over these charges and we
can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Missing shipment

If you didn’t receive your package, please contact us by email. We will open a case and start an investigation
at PostNL. This may take up to 6 working days. Depending on the outcome we will communicate about a
suited solution.
